Healing Academy, Silverdale Washington
Our week together at the Healing Academy once again demonstrated the awesome power and love of our Heavenly Father. We all witnessed some level of healing and transformation in our lives as we intentionally sought the presence of God’s Spirit in our worship, our teachings, in our workshops and our serving of one another.
Several experienced the freedom that comes with deliverance from darkness into Light, release from various oppressive attitudes to joyful hope, from certain physical ailments to freedom of movement without pain, from seeking and searching for spiritual fulfillment in many places to focusing on Jesus and finding that for which we had been looking.
It was truly a time of spiritual growth that challenged us to move beyond where we are in our walk with Jesus, step out of our comfort zones and walk with him into new areas of ministering to those in need. His Holy Spirit will lead us into areas that cause us to realize the truth of his statement to his disciples, “Without me, you can do nothing.” Once we realize that, we can also know that “With him, we can do all that he asks, even when we may think that we’re not able.”
“…if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.
We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.
God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” 1Cor 5:17-21
Wind of the Spirit wants to thank all who prayed, encouraged others to come and those who shared your gifts and talents in order to bless those who participated. God sees your love and service. He is our Reward! Together we are the Body of Christ to the world. We have been blessed so that we may be a blessing to others. Let’s continue to faithfully seek the Lord and reach out with His love in service together.
